All sales representatives are fully versed in working with the homeowner to fill out the financing forms. The Company’s in-house finance department handles all aspects of the financing process from submittal of loan documents, expediting the approval process (approvals issued up to 11 PM weekdays), to the sign-off of the actual loan documents with the customers. GreenHouse offers the following competitive financing programs: The Home Projects Visa Card through Wells Fargo Financial, Amerimax Easy Pay Flex Loans, GEOSmart (special energy-efficient home improvement financing exclusively offered by GreenHouse in San Diego) and Volt Viewtech through San Diego Gas & Electric (SDG&E).

We accept all major credit cards
No payment, no interest same as cash financing for 6, 12, or 18 months (subject to credit approval).
Unsecured, long term financing with a fixed rate as low as 6.90% APR (subject to credit approval).
